Delete Your Account

Collector's Companion, by Investiture Labs, LLC

You can delete your Collector's Companion account at any time. Deleting it removes your account and everything stored with it.

In the app

Open Collector's Companion and sign in.
Go to Collection, then the Settings gear (top right).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Enter your password, then tap Delete Forever.

Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you can't use the app, email admin@investiturelabs.dev from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We'll confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account: email address and sign-in details
Your collection, including quantities, conditions and notes
Your decks, wishlists and cart
Your collection value history

Settings saved on your phone (theme, currency) and cached card data stay on the device until you delete the app. Crash reports, which don't include your collection, are kept by our crash-reporting provider (Sentry) for a limited time and then removed automatically.
